- Issue/Health Information

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to;

- Information about your business such as company code
- Demographic information such as employee, student or supervisor
- Information about your mobile device such as your mobile device id (similar to a website IP address), device type, and mobile service carrier.
